NICHOLSON ASTORIA SCHEME

Nicholson Group has completed its latest project at the former Post Office in the heart of St Helens town centre facing national brands such as Cineworld, Nandos, McDonalds and The Range.

​

Planning permission was granted to convert the existing floor plate into 4 retail units (which are now fully let to new businesses) and 10 apartments.

​

The design team using their innovative approach and design flare created a scheme which saw the construction of 4 apartments to the rear in a 2 storey extension and 4 signature penthouses on the roof with balconies, and the middle 2 units becoming 1,2000sqft duplex penthouses with spacious private rooftop gardens.

​

The scheme comprises 14 x 1 bedroom apartments and 4 x 2 bedroom penthouses with private parking.
