We are looking to acquire value add opportunities:
(1) Freehold apartment blocks that require renovation;
(2) Large retail buildings that offer a redevelopment opportunity;
(3) Disused office buildings that can be converted for residential use;
(4) Land opportunities
We do not require investment funding, deferred completion or bridging/development finance allowing us to act quickly. In some instances we do not require the opportunity to already benefit from the necessary planning permission.
