Nicholson Group up for Property Developer of the Year after success across St Helens sites

Later this autumn YM Liverpool, one of the city’s most established magazine publications, will be hosting its annual Property & Business Awards and St Helens-based enterprise Nicholson Group are delighted to announce they are nominated in the Property Developer of the Year category.

The premium gong of the evening will recognise the standout star of 2025, in recognition of the business whose innovation, architecture, and regeneration are changing the landscape of the city region.

Nicholson Group feel it is the perfect time to celebrate their own achievements of 2025. Specialising in the commercial and residential development sectors, it is one of the most forward-thinking, progressive and reputable property investment  and development companies in the UK.

Nicholson also has an esteemed track record across the North West, with an award-winning portfolio across the city region of Liverpool, as well as its established base in Liverpool City Region, including its Beechams Building development.

Within St Helens itself, Nicholson Group’s hugely prestigious Nicholson Point, is due to be completed in 2026.

The popular boutique Nicholson Residences development has proved to be a huge hit within the town’s retail quarter, which is also sold out and completed in May of 2024. This is a key site in terms of regenerating a location which has been vacant for many years, bringing much-needed residential and commercial units in a popular residential zone with a direct route to the city centre.

We were shortlisted for North west business of the year award and are currently in the running for the nationally accredited Construction Excellence awards which is a huge focus on our current successes and future vision for the group.
