Nicholson Plaza represented Phase A of the conversion of the former Barrow House building in the heart of St Helens town centre.

The building, at 35,000sqft, was a substantial task, and to ensure residents benefitted from a boutique product the project was split into 2.

​

This phase saw the delivery of 12 luxury 1 bedroom apartments, a champagne bar and restaurant, the first of its kind in the borough, and a beauty clinic.
