Nicholson Place represented Phase B of the conversion of the former Barrow House building in the heart of St Helens town centre.

The building, at 35,000sqft, was a substantial task, and to ensure residents benefitted from a boutique product the project was split into 2.

This phase saw the delivery of 16 luxury 1 bedroom apartments and 2 x high end 2 bedroom apartments and a 4,500sqft educational facility set over 2 floors.
